1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of Use (hereinafter « ToU ») govern the access and use of the site www.exhauss.com, published by L'AIGLE SARL. By browsing the site, the user acknowledges that they have read these ToU and undertakes to comply with them.
The ToU may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of site access.

2. Website access
Access to the site is free, except for the user's own connection and equipment fees.
L'AIGLE SARL makes every effort to ensure 24/7 site availability. It nevertheless reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to suspend, interrupt or restrict access to all or part of the site, in particular for maintenance, update or technical evolution operations.
L'AIGLE SARL shall not be held liable for interruptions or malfunctions arising from causes outside its control (service provider failure, telecoms network incident, force majeure).
3. Intellectual property

The trademarks EXHAUSS® and HPXO® are registered trademarks, owned by Pierre Davezac.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means, without prior written authorisation from L'AIGLE SARL, is prohibited. It constitutes infringement sanctioned by Articles L335-2 and L343-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Use of the site grants the user no right over these elements other than private viewing.
4. User behaviour
The user undertakes to use the site in line with its intended purpose, public order and public decency. The following are notably prohibited:

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the courts of Lyon shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory public order provisions.
