In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 — hereinafter « GDPR ») and the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, this policy describes how L'AIGLE SARL collects, uses, retains and protects your personal data.

2. Collected data
Personal data is collected:

Via the contact form: first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number, professional role, message content.

Via the online shop: the above data, plus delivery and billing postal address, chosen payment method.

Via newsletter subscription: email address only.

Automatically during browsing: IP address, browser type and version, pages viewed, visit duration, source (via cookies, see Cookie policy).
No « sensitive » data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR (origin, opinions, health, sexual life, etc.) is collected.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed solely for the following purposes:

Fulfilling orders placed through the online shop and ensuring their logistical and administrative follow-up.

Data is never transferred, rented or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
They may be shared, strictly within the scope of their mission, with the following service providers:

6. Transfer outside the European Union
The site is hosted by Wix.com Ltd, headquartered in Tel Aviv (Israel). Israel benefits from an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission (decision of 31 January 2011), recognising a level of personal data protection substantially equivalent to that of the GDPR. The transfer is therefore compliant with Article 45 GDPR.
For other service providers that may be located outside the EU, L'AIGLE SARL ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission).

8. Security of data
L'AIGLE SARL implements the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data security: encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), hosting on a professional infrastructure, access restricted to authorised persons only, regular backups.
9. User rights
At any time, you have the following rights over your personal data:

Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): obtain confirmation that your data is being processed, and receive a copy of it.

Right to rectification (Art. 16): correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Right to erasure (Art. 17): request the deletion of your data.

10. Exercising your rights
To exercise these rights, send a request to contact @ exhauss.com, together with a copy of a valid identity document.
L'AIGLE SARL undertakes to reply within one month of receiving the request, except in cases of particular complexity justifying an extension.
11. Lodging a complaint with the CNIL
If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL):
