2020
Stronger range.
Four exos in one.
A brand-new generation of exoskeleton: multitask, reconfigurable, universal.
Launched in 2020, the new Stronger range merges the strengths of the other two: the fluidity of the EXHAUSS SXSTEM, the close-fit architecture and so-called progressive assistance of the PICKER. It brings together eight years of field experience in direct contact with users — not in a lab.
The Stronger takes further steps toward the Holy Grail: versatility.
Thanks to its new latex-tensioner suspension with its organic feel, wearing a Stronger is like gaining — in seconds — extra muscle mass and bone reinforcement in the upper limbs.

« Work without it? Never. »
2018
In 2018, the EXHAUSS Picker range introduced PROGRESSIVE suspension, the opposite of isoelastic: zero assistance with the arms down, and a wide graduated range of effort up to pre-set maxima.
The modular EXHAUSS PICKER range is the synthesis of the first five years in the field, and the response to one of the most recurrent and most demanding requests: picking up and setting down loads of varying weights.
Picker range.
Closest to the body.

Sxstem range. Modular.
Powerful.
Durable.

2016
The world's broadest exoskeleton range, with exceptional longevity. The Exhauss Sxstem were born under a lucky star: their field reliability and configuration breadth have kept them going since 2014.
The third-generation EXHAUSS WORKER was the first commercial exoskeleton in the world to be deployed in several thousand units. Over the years and deployments, it evolved into a modular system allowing bespoke exoskeletons to be built from stock parts — reducing both cost and lead time.

2014
EXHAUSS is still firmly rooted in its initial sector: camera stabilisation for cinema and television.
Buyers from around the world join forces to order over one hundred camera-assist exoskeletons.
EXHAUSS finds itself at the Pinewood studios in London, on the sets of STAR WARS, JAMES BOND and dozens of films and series.

Our very first exos.
Birth of the brand

2013
Pierre Davezac founds the EXHAUSS brand in 2013. He is even at the heart of the "X" logo.
This industrial activity outside the initial sector was first conceived as a growth relay, while the audiovisual world was being hit — with a delay — by the global financial crisis and a cultural rewrite of film production.
EXHAUSS had the immense good fortune of appearing just as the idea of physical assistance at work through exoskeletons was first being discussed.

Behind the scenes of the EXHAUSS X logo: the founder himself struck the pose.

2003
Since 2003, we have been building exoskeletons — before they bore that name.
We were already making the world's finest harnesses — simply because our initial activity demanded it: no other industrial sector in the history of human technology has ever needed harnesses so robust and so ergonomic as to make the cantilevered carrying of a 50 kg load possible and comfortable.
We were already building isoelastic exoskeleton arms — arms that deliver the same effort across their entire range of motion, from bottom to top, so that a balanced load at their tip is virtually in zero gravity. It floats, free of weight, as in space.
We were building camera stabilisers for cinema and television — a device better known under the American trademark Steadicam® — as France's sole manufacturer. We still are.

in the audiovisual industry

The EXHAUSS story began in 2003 with L'AIGLE, France's sole manufacturer of camera stabilisers.
